Chairman Nesbitt dispatched Rockdale Channel 23 to go out into the community and help capture and tell the stories of countless local Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs who are the backbone of our community.  Chairman Nesbitt created a segment titled, SPOTLIGHT ON BUSINESS and OFF THE CHAIN. A unique and exclusive way to help promote local business owners. In addition, through the vision of Chairman Nesbitt, Rockdale County Government partnered with Georgia Power, Rockdale County Public Schools , Georgia Piedmont Institute and other local sponsors to host a two-day Small Business and Entrepreneur Seminar at the Rockdale Career Academy.
